Channel-ready brand evidence

Trade buyer policy notes

Wholesale pricing, MOQ and delivery windows are confirmed by sales after RFQ review.

01

Wholesale terms are separate from retail policy

Retail return rules do not apply to wholesale customers. B2B terms are confirmed after RFQ.

02

Processing and logistics need market confirmation

Order processing, shipping method, customs and destination-country variation should be confirmed for every trade order.

03

Pre-sale or planned products may ship separately

Pre-sale or planned products can require separate shipment batches. Sales should confirm launch timing.

04

Contact details must include country code

Use a phone or WhatsApp number with country code so international sales can follow up quickly.

Can I get a price list immediately?

Submit an RFQ first. Pricing depends on country, channel, quantity, product series and current availability.

Do you publish MOQ online?

No. MOQ guidance is reviewed by sales because product formats and market requirements vary.

Can I use the product images?

Trade usage should be confirmed with sales. Product pages use original assets to help you shortlist series.

Do you support distributors?

Yes. The RFQ flow asks for channel and market so distributor inquiries can be routed correctly.

Can I ask the AI assistant for exact lead time?

The assistant can collect context, but it will not invent stock, price or lead time. Sales confirms those details.
